- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repair quality
- Maintain a focus on financial performance and productivity targets
- Monitor jobs from intake to completion, ensuring compliance with company standards
- Foster a 'right-first-time' approach to repair procedures
- Support various operational and administrative tasks to meet deadlines
- Proven experience in a workshop supervision or management role within the automotive sector
- Extensive knowledge of vehicle repair methods and processes
- Previous hands-on technical experience and relevant qualifications
- Strong organisational and leadership skills as a Workshop Controller
- Ability to coordinate multiple teams and workflows efficiently
- Customer-focused attitude with excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to uphold high repair quality standards
- Proactive approach to learning and adapting to technological advancements
