- Prioritise and plan vehicle repairs and servicing schedules

- Maintain effective communication with customers and internal departments
- Manage workshop resources, including timesheets, parts ordering, and workflow organisation
- Monitor and improve workshop efficiency and productivity
- Proven experience as an HGV Workshop Controller or similar role within a commercial vehicle environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organisational abilities with attention to detail
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Experience with workshop management systems and processes
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently and effectively
