NEOS Engineering are recruiting for an experienced Workshop Manager to join a leading hydraulics attachment business in West Bromwich. This is an excellent opportunity for a Workshop Manager, Service Supervisor, Engineering Supervisor or Senior Plant Fitter looking to lead a busy workshop and develop a team of skilled engineers.

You'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day workshop operation, allocating work, supporting engineers, maintaining high health & safety standards, and ensuring servicing, repairs and inspections are completed efficiently.

• Manage a busy engineering workshop
• Lead and support a team of workshop engineers
• Plan workloads and maximise productivity
• Oversee servicing, maintenance and repairs
• Maintain H&S and workshop standards
• Liaise with parts and service teams

• Previous experience as a Workshop Manager, Service Manager, Service Supervisor or Engineering Supervisor
• Background in heavy plant, construction equipment, plant hire, material handling, powered access, agricultural or industrial machinery
• Strong mechanical and hydraulic knowledge
• Excellent leadership and organisational skills

• £40,000 - £50,000
