- Oversee daily bodyshop workshop operations to ensure jobs are completed on time and to the highest standard
- Allocate work efficiently to technicians based on skills, current workload and job priorities
- Monitor progress, quality control and productivity throughout the repair process
- Ensure stage repairs are completed before vehicles move through each stage of repair
- Liaise with parts, customer service and VDA teams to maintain a smooth workflow
- Check repair quality at each stage and resolve issues promptly
- Promote a safe, compliant and well-organised workshop environment
- Proven experience as a Workshop Manager (or similar) within an accident repair environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and coordinate a team
- In-depth knowledge of bodyshop repair processes and workshop operations
- Excellent organisation, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship and strong customer service
