Hours: Mon–Fri, 08:30–16:30 (37.5 hrs/wk) + Overtime available

The Role We are looking for a reliable, practical team player to join our workshop. You’ll be assembling plastic modular conveyor belting to customer specs, checking finished quality, and helping keep production moving smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Measure, cut, and assemble plastic modular belting using hand tools and specialist kit.

• Inspect finished belts against job sheets for exact accuracy.

• Pack and prep orders for courier dispatch or customer collection.

• Keep the workshop organized and assist with incoming stock.

What We’re Looking For

• Hands-on skills: Comfortable using basic hand tools and measuring equipment accurately.

• Eye for detail: Focused on getting precise dimensions right every time.

• Reliability: Punctual, hard-working, and happy working independently or in a small team.

• Physical capability: Comfortable standing, lifting, and doing manual assembly throughout the day.

• (Bonus: Background in production, assembly, or mechanical work—though not required!)
