We're recruiting on behalf of a leading machinery dealership for a Workshop Service Manager to lead a skilled team near Cirencester.
The Role
- Lead and motivate a team of experienced service engineers.
- Manage the day-to-day running of a busy workshop.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting customer relationships.
- Ensure workshop performance, efficiency and quality standards are consistently achieved.
- Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with additional hours during seasonal peaks as required.
- Agricultural engineering experience with leadership potential, or previous Service Manager experience within agriculture, plant, waste management or a main dealership environment.
- Strong people management and communication skills.
- Organised, self-motivated and customer-focused.
- Able to perform in a fast-paced, seasonal industry.
