What’s on Offer?

• Competitive salary: Trainee £26,000 (£500/week), rising to £31,000 after 2 years
• Workshop Technicians up to £35,000 + overtime + bonus (OTE £60,000+)
• Mobile Technicians up to £42,000 + overtime + bonus (OTE £70,000+)
• Uncapped overtime opportunities
• Up to 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
• Company vehicle (mobile roles)

Key Responsibilities

• Servicing and mechanical repairs on premium machinery
• Diagnosing electrical, hydraulic and mechanical faults using advanced diagnostics
• Preparing and inspecting new and used equipment to manufacturer standards
• Maintaining accurate records and providing exceptional customer service (mobile roles)

What We’re Looking For

• NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent mechanical qualification, or strong hands-on experience
• Full UK driving licence (essential for mobile roles)
• Passion for engineering and continuous learning
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
