About the Role
MTVH are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Workspace Services Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day delivery of workplace services across our office environment. Reporting to the Regional Workspace Services Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring our workplaces are safe, compliant, efficient, and provide an excellent experience for colleagues, customers, suppliers, and stakeholders. The role combines operational management, stakeholder engagement, health and safety oversight, and supplier performance management to support the smooth running of our offices.
As part of the Workspace Services team, you will take ownership of operational service delivery within your designated location(s), building strong relationships with internal and external partners to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. You will support compliance and governance activities, manage workplace risks, monitor budgets, and contribute to creating a positive and collaborative working environment that reflects MTVH's values of Care, Dare, and Collaborate.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day delivery of workplace services, ensuring service standards and agreements are consistently achieved.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and workplace partners to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Champion health and safety compliance, promoting a culture focused on achieving zero accidents.
- Support operational risk management and governance processes to maintain full compliance across the workplace environment
- Produce accurate operational reports and monitor budgets to support effective decision-making and performance management.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Previous experience in facilities management or workplace services, ideally within a multi-site or customer-focused environment.
- A proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and driving continuous improvement.
- Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal teams and external suppliers.
- An appropriate Health & Safety qualification and a good understanding of workplace compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and reporting skills, with a commercially aware and proactive approach.
