Due to an increase in workload, we are looking to recruit multiple experienced Joiners for ongoing domestic maintenance contracts across the South Birmingham area.

The Role

You will be carrying out a variety of domestic maintenance and refurbishment works within:

  • Occupied residential properties
  • Void properties
  • Housing association/social housing stock
  • General repairs and maintenance
  • Kitchen fitting and repairs
  • Internal joinery works
  • Doors, skirting, architraves and associated works
Requirements
  • NVQ/City & Guilds in Carpentry & Joinery (preferred)
  • Previous experience in domestic maintenance
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Own hand tools
  • Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality workmanship
  • Social housing experience advantageous
