Yard Foreman – Morecambe | Full-Time | Permanent
Paisley Recruitment Group is recruiting on behalf of a well-established client for an experienced Yard Foreman to join their team in Morecambe.

We're particularly interested in candidates with a scrap metal recycling background. However, we also welcome applications from individuals with supervisory or management experience within a recycling facility or similar industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day running of the yard.
Lead, motivate and manage a team of yard operatives.
Ensure all operations are carried out safely, efficiently and in line with health and safety regulations.
Coordinate the processing, handling and storage of recyclable materials.
Maintain high operational and housekeeping standards.
Support the delivery of productivity and performance targets.

What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the scrap metal recycling or recycling sector.
Strong leadership and organisational skills.
A hands-on approach with excellent communication abilities.
Good knowledge of health and safety procedures within an industrial environment.
