Yard Labourer

Our client in Portlethen is looking for Yard Labourers to join their team, with the potential for permanent employment for the right candidates.
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm
Overtime: Available when required
Requirements for both roles
- Previous experience working in a busy yard environment
- Forklift experience – B1, B2 or B3 licence (must hold one valid cert any size)
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Moving and organising stock and materials around the yard
- Keeping the yard clean, tidy and organised
- Assisting with general yard duties and manual handling
- Checking goods and materials when received
- Following health & safety procedures at all times
- Good awareness of safe working practices around vehicles and machinery
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Flexible and willing to work overtime when required
