Yard Operative

£15.85 p/hr, 4 day working week (phone number removed), 33 Days Holiday, Perm Role, Employee Assistance Programme, Overtime at 150%

A well-established manufacturing organisation in Worksop is expanding its team and looking to recruit a Yard Operative due to continued growth. This Yard Operative position offers long-term stability, strong earning potential and ongoing development within a modern engineering environment.

Your responsibilities as the Yard Operative role will include:

• Delivering parts and materials to production areas.
• Unloading deliveries and storing stock safely.
• Emptying production bins and supporting waste management activities.
• Maintaining cleanliness across the yard, stores and site.
• Assisting with vehicle movements around site following training.

The Yard Operative will have :

• Forklift truck licence/experience, including B1 / B2 category.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing stores, goods-in or despatch environment.
• Strong awareness of Health & Safety practices.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work to deadlines in a demanding role.
