YARD OPERATIVE – WEDNESDAY TO SATURDAY

Pay Rate: £13.30 per hour

Working Hours: Wednesday – Saturday, 06:00 – 15:00

We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Yard Operatives to join our team in Bristol.

This is a hands-on and varied role, ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active and being part of a busy operational environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely drive and move vehicles around the site

• Position vehicles in designated areas

• Assist with daily vehicle movements

• Carry out basic vehicle checks

• Jump-start vehicles when required – full training provided

• Identify and report vehicle issues or defects

• Support other departments when required

• Help maintain an organised and efficient yard

• Follow site health & safety procedures

• Work efficiently and at pace

About You

• Full, clean UK Driving Licence – essential

• Confident and safe driver

• Comfortable driving different types of vehicles

• Previous yard, vehicle or logistics experience is desirable

• Reliable, punctual and hardworking

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Happy working outdoors in all weather conditions

• Able to follow instructions and work at pace

• Good communication skills

• Strong team player

• Comfortable with a physically active role

Full training will be provided – previous yard experience is not essential.
