Yard Operative/FLT Counterbalance driver

The Best Connection West Bromwich is recruiting on behalf of our long-established and reputable client for a Yard Operative based in Darlaston.

💷 Pay Rate: £13.45 per hour
🕖 Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 16:30
📍 Location: Darlaston (with transport provided to Coventry site)

Start each day at our client's Darlaston site, where transport will be provided to and from the Coventry site. Best of all, if there are any delays returning to Darlaston, you'll remain fully paid for your time.

As a Yard Operative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the yard operates safely, efficiently, and productively.

Your duties will include:

• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck to move metal materials around the site.
• Loading, unloading, and organising stock within the yard.
• Carrying out manual handling and general yard duties.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
• Working independently and as part of a team to meet daily targets.

• ✅ Valid FLT Counterbalance Licence (essential)
• ✅ Ability to carry out physically demanding work
