Kent Teaching Solutions are recruiting a Year 1 Teacher for a September start at a Primary School in Kings Hill.

About the Role

  • Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum

  • Create a nurturing, inclusive classroom where every child feels valued

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents

  • Contribute to the wider school community and enrichment activities

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • Experience in Key Stage 1

  • Strong classroom management and communication skills

  • A creative, reflective approach to teaching

  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing

  • ECTs and experienced teachers are welcome to apply
