Tradewind Recruitment are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Year 2 Teaching Assistant to join the school from September. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with younger children and is passionate about supporting their learning and development.

• Provide classroom support to pupils in Year 2
• Work closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging learning activities
• Support individual pupils and small groups where required
• Encourage positive behaviour, confidence and independence
• Assist with the preparation of classroom resources and activities
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment

• Previous experience working with children in a school or educational setting
• Experience supporting pupils at primary level is desirable
• A patient, caring and encouraging approach
• Confident working with both individuals and small groups
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Passionate about helping children develop academically and personally

• Hours: Full-time
• Year Group: Year 2
• Pay: Up to £105 per day PAYE
