Trust Education are recruiting on behalf of a nurturing primary school in the WF2 area for an experienced and enthusiastic Year 3 Teacher. This is a part-time role starting in September, offering a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive Key Stage 2 team.

The Role:

  • Deliver stimulating and impactful lessons to a Year 3 class
  • Plan, organise and evaluate learning in accordance with the Key Stage 2 curriculum
  • Promote a supportive, secure and welcoming classroom atmosphere where all pupils can thrive
  • Liaise effectively with teaching assistants, colleagues and parents to enhance pupil attainment and wellbeing
  • Provide inclusive, high-quality teaching tailored to the diverse needs and abilities of all learners

The Ideal Candidate will:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Be experienced in teaching within Key Stage 2, Year 3 preferred
  • Demonstrate a commitment to raising standards and supporting pupils to achieve their full potential
  • Display strong classroom management and communication skills
  • Be reliable, well organised and able to work successfully as part of a team
  • Maintain a proactive and positive approach to teaching and learning
