Salary: MPS 1–6 (dependent on experience)
Contract: Full Time | Temporary (with potential for extension)

Exclusive Education is proud to be working in partnership with a welcoming and well-established primary school in St Helens to recruit an enthusiastic and committed Year 3 Class Teacher.

The Role

As the Year 3 Class Teacher, you will:

  • Plan and deliver creative, engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
  • Foster a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners.
  • Assess, monitor and track pupil progress, adapting teaching to meet individual needs.
  • Build positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.
  • Promote high expectations for behaviour, achievement and personal development.
  • Contribute positively to the wider life of the school.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Experience teaching within Key Stage 2, ideally Year 3, although strong ECTs are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent classroom management skills.
  • A strong understanding of the Key Stage 2 National Curriculum.
  • High expectations for pupil progress and behaviour.
  • The ability to inspire, motivate and engage learners.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
  • A positive, flexible and proactive approach to teaching.
