About Us:

We are a teaching agency working with an inclusive and vibrant two-form entry primary school in the Borough of Redbridge who are looking for an experienced Year 3 Teacher.

About The Client:

We are working with a thriving and successful primary school in Woodford Green, in the London Borough of Redbridge. The school is dedicated to nurturing the growth of every pupil.  They are looking for a full-time Year 3 teacher to join them from 5th October until July 2027. There is a potential opportunity for a permanent position for September 2027. If you would like to work as a Year 3 Teacher, please read on! Please note ECTs are not being considered for this role.

Key Responsibilities for the Year 3 Teacher:

• Ability to work successfully as part of a team as a Year 3 Teacher
• Raise standards for all pupils, including underachieving pupils
• Promote positive behaviour conducive to learning, focused on raising standards
• Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback accordingly.
• Contribute to the wider initiatives within the school as a Year 3 Teacher.
• Carry out all responsibilities as a Year 3 Teacher

Required Skills and Qualifications for the Year 3 Teacher:

• QTS
• Strong behaviour management
• Good understanding of the National Curriculum
• Prior experience teaching as a Year 3 teacher
• UK classroom-based experience
