Duties as a Year 4 Teacher:- Planning and delivering high-quality lessons in line with the National Curriculum
- Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Assessing and monitoring pupil progress
- Supporting pupils' academic, social, and emotional development
- Working collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff
- Contributing to the wider life of the school
Ideal Year 4 Teacher:- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching within Key Stage 2
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Passion for delivering engaging and effective lessons
- Commitment to raising attainment and supporting pupil wellbeing
