About the Role

As a Year 5 Teacher in Redbridge, you will lead a classroom of pupils through an important stage of their primary education, preparing them for the transition into Year 6 and beyond.

You will plan and deliver engaging lessons, monitor progress and create a classroom culture built around high expectations, curiosity and independence.

Key Stage 2 experience is advantageous, particularly for a teacher who understands the academic and pastoral needs of older primary pupils.

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.

• Organised, enthusiastic and adaptable approach.
• Commitment to pupil progress and wellbeing.
• Enhanced DBS, or willingness to apply.
