Role: Year 5 Class Teacher
Contract: Full-time, long-term contract
Start Date: Monday 14th September (some flexibility available)
Duration: Until Christmas initially, with a strong possibility of extension

Are you an experienced KS2 Teacher looking for a new opportunity in a welcoming primary school?

Tradewind Recruitment are currently working with a friendly two-form-entry primary school in Croydon who are looking for a confident and experienced Year 5 Class Teacher to join their team.



The Role

You will take on full class teacher responsibilities, including planning, preparation and delivery of engaging lessons, assessment and supporting the wider needs of your pupils.

The school is looking for someone who:

  • Has strong experience teaching across KS2, ideally with Year 5 experience.
  • Has a secure understanding of the Year 5 curriculum.
  • Can confidently take full responsibility for a class and hit the ground running.
  • Is committed to creating a positive, engaging learning environment.
  • Works well as part of a supportive school team.
