Are you an enthusiastic Year 5 Teacher looking for your next opportunity in a welcoming and supportive primary school?

Veritas Education is working in partnership with a fantastic primary school in Clitheroe, Ribble Valley, to recruit a passionate Year 5 Class Teacher for a full-time maternity cover from September 2026.

You'll be joining a warm, inclusive school where children are at the heart of everything they do. The school is committed to creating a positive learning environment where pupils feel valued, develop confidence and are encouraged to achieve their full potential.

You'll work alongside a collaborative and supportive team, delivering an engaging Upper KS2 curriculum while helping pupils thrive both academically and personally.

• Has experience teaching Year 5 or Upper KS2
• Delivers engaging, creative and purposeful lessons
• Has high expectations for learning, behaviour and achievement
• Can adapt teaching to meet the needs of all pupils, including SEND
• Builds strong, positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
• Encourages confidence, independence and a genuine love of learning
• Enjoys working as part of a supportive and collaborative team

Experienced teachers and confident ECTs with relevant KS2 experience are encouraged to apply.
