  • Develop, maintain, and optimise integrated manufacturing process flows.
  • Identify integration risks and implement effective corrective actions.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute engineering trials to validate process capability and manufacturability.
  • Analyse process, electrical, and yield data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Lead root cause investigations relating to process excursions, yield performance, and device-related issues.
  • Apply continuous improvement methodologies including SPC, DOE, and FMEA techniques.
  • Support process qualification activities, technology gate reviews, and change control processes.
  • Collaborate with Process and Yield Engineering teams to improve process capability, device performance, and manufacturing yield.
  • Support the successful transfer of new technologies into full-scale manufacturing.
  • Ensure all activities are completed in accordance with quality, environmental, health, and safety requirements.
About You We are looking for a motivated and analytical engineer with a background in semiconductor manufacturing, process development, or technology integration.
You will have a strong understanding of how manufacturing processes interact and influence device performance, yield, and operational efficiency, alongside the ability to work effectively within cross-functional engineering teams.
