As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant - Primary School, you will support teaching and learning across the school, working closely with class teachers and the SENCO. The successful Higher Level Teaching Assistant - Primary School will lead small group activities, provide targeted intervention, and support pupils who require additional guidance.

The Higher Level Teaching Assistant - Primary School will need to be confident managing behaviour, maintaining clear boundaries, and creating a positive learning environment. You may also be required to cover lessons and support pupils across different year groups.
