Salary: £25-£35 per hour

TeacherActive is proud to be supporting students with SEND in Stoke-on-Trent who require dedicated home tuition. The tuition provides students with a supportive and individualised learning environment, allowing them to access education at a pace suited to their needs.

The successful Tutor will work on a full-time, long-term basis, delivering one-to-one home tuition to students with SEND. The Tutor will be expected to plan and deliver engaging sessions, adapt learning to individual needs and provide consistent support to help students develop their confidence and make progress.

The successful Tutor will have:

• A relevant teaching or tutoring qualification is desirable
• Experience working as a Tutor or supporting students with SEND
• Experience delivering one-to-one or personalised learning
• The ability to adapt sessions to meet individual learning needs
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A patient, resilient and supportive approach
