TSA Surveying Ltd
Leeds | Full-Time | Permanent | Salary Negotiable
Build and Lead a Growing Quality Control Division
The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and commercially minded individual who enjoys building relationships, developing new business and managing projects from initial enquiry through to successful delivery.
Due to rapid and consistent growth, and in response to the shifting market dynamic of demand for Clerk of Works and NEC Supervisors, this new role has been developed to manage our emerging QC sub-consultant division and to facilitate our ambitious plans to be the market leader by 2035
You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements, develop new business opportunities, identify upcoming frameworks and projects, attend industry conferences and networking events, and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
Alongside client development, you will build and manage a national network of Clerk of Works professionals. This will include sourcing and interviewing candidates, coordinating compliance and security checks, negotiating rates, issuing contracts and providing ongoing support throughout project delivery.
As the division grows, you will take an active role in recruiting, mentoring and managing additional team members while helping shape the future direction of the business. You will also work closely with the wider recruitment, finance and administration teams to ensure an excellent service is delivered to both clients and candidates.
There will also be opportunities to contribute to the ongoing development of the TSA Surveying brand, supporting marketing initiatives, social media, website content, industry engagement and relationships with professional bodies, including the Institute of Clerk of Works.
