The Role As the Account Manager, you’ll:
- Form part of the senior management team, delivering services within agreed budgets and performance levels.
- Take responsibility for day-to-day FM operations and provide leadership to operational teams.
- Monitor payment mechanism performance and contractual deductions, identifying opportunities to minimise failures.
- Support monthly performance, deduction and service reporting.
- Undertake root-cause and trend analysis to identify risks and develop improvement plans.
- Develop and review operational processes to improve contract performance.
- Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and internal teams.
- Work closely with commercial, finance and technical teams to drive continuous improvement.
- Previous experience managing teams or projects within a PFI environment.
- Strong knowledge of payment mechanisms, deductions and contractual performance.
- ONC/HNC in Facilities Management or equivalent experience.
- IOSH Managing Safely or a similar Health & Safety qualification.
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of PFI contractual requirements.
- Experience analysing performance data and producing management reports.
- Confident client and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong IT skills, including Excel and CAFM systems.
- £60,000 salary
