Job Title: ACCOUNT DIRECTOR
OTE: Uncapped
Focus – Cross selling new products into existing customers, retention of base through renewals.
Reports to: Managing Director
Hours: Full time

Poised for significant growth in 2026 through company acquisitions, we are looking for a dynamic “Account Director” to embrace our obsession with customer acquisition and help deliver the next chapter in the Guru Technology story. You will take responsibility for bringing on new business with our hosted and broadband portfolio of products.
- Responsibilities:

- Being responsible for managing your pipeline
- Booking & Sitting appointments with existing clients
- Delivering on performance in line with your KPI's - GP
- Identify, cross sell and up sell other products in our portfolio
- Presenting your business on a weekly basis to management & updating the CRM daily.

- Providing confident advice to customers.
- Business acumen with a keen eye for development opportunities, skilled at time management
- and workload prioritization.
- Experience:
- Minimum 5 years sales experience cross selling other products especially phone systems and multi product deals.
- Minimum 8 years in account management.
Qualifications:
- Full driving licence - No more than 6 points
Benefits:
- Salary of between £35,000.00 to £42,000.00 PY experience dependent and quality of product demonstrations.
- Car allowance included - £4,000 per annum.
