Account Manager – Electrical

£80,000–£85,000 per annum | Moorgate, London

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Account Manager to take responsibility for the successful delivery of multiple facilities management contracts for a leading FM provider.

This is a senior client-facing position, ideal for an electrically biased FM professional with a strong technical background and proven experience managing multiple contracts, teams and client relationships.

The Role

• Manage the day-to-day delivery and performance of multiple FM contracts.
• Take full accountability for operational, technical and commercial performance.
• Manage and develop strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Lead and support engineering and operational teams across multiple sites.
• Ensure all PPM, reactive and statutory maintenance is delivered to the required standard.
• Monitor contract KPIs, SLAs, compliance and financial performance.
• Manage budgets, costs, variations and additional works.
• Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure high standards of service delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement and identify opportunities for contract growth.
• Produce regular performance reports and attend client review meetings.
• Ensure all health & safety, compliance and governance requirements are met.

About You

• Proven experience as an Account Manager, Contract Manager or Technical Account Manager within facilities management.
• Strong electrical engineering background.
• Experience managing multiple FM contracts simultaneously.
• Confident managing senior client relationships.
• Strong commercial and financial awareness.
• Experience managing engineering teams and subcontractors.
• Good understanding of statutory compliance, PPM and reactive maintenance.
• Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
