Account Manager – Bermondsey, London - £38k 

We are recruiting for an exciting new Account Manager position for our client in Bermondsey! They are an award-winning company, renowned for creating innovative packaging solutions for some of the world's leading brands. Based in the vibrant Shad Thames (Bermondsey) area of London, we combine creativity, engineering and exceptional client service to deliver packaging that stands out.

The Role

We're looking for an organised, proactive and commercially minded Account Manager to join our growing team. You'll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standard.

Working closely with our design, engineering and production teams, you'll manage projects from initial brief through to final delivery while building strong, long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts and act as their trusted day-to-day contact.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and service.
• Coordinate packaging projects from briefing to production and delivery.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and project timelines.
• Collaborate with internal creative, technical and production teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor project budgets, schedules and profitability.
• Occasional travel for client visits and supplier meetings.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and support new business initiatives.
• Resolve client queries and ensure a consistently high level of customer satisfaction.

About You

• Experience in account management, project management or client services.
• Confident, warm and engaging communicator.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Commercially aware with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Confident working with cross-functional teams.
• Experience within packaging, print, design, branding or manufacturing is desirable but not essential.
