EXPERIENCED WASTE MANAGEMENT & RECYCLING CONTRACTS ACCOUNT MANAGER REQUIRED TO RETAIN CLIENTS AND DELIVER ACCOUNT GROWTH

TITLE: Account Manager – Total Waste Management & Recycling Contracts

LOCATION: South East, Home Counties & London

SALARY: £37,500 - £47,500 + Bonus,  Company Car or Car Allowance

PREVIOUS ROLES IN WASTE MANAGEMENT & RECYCLING MAY HAVE BEEN: Key Account Manager, Contract Manager, Field Sales Executive, Territory Manager, Business Development Manager (BDM), Key Account Executive, New Business Development Executive, Client Relationship Manager, Field Sales Executive (FSE), Business Development Executive (BDE), Account Coordinator, National Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Commercial Manager.

ROLE: Account Manager – Total Waste Management & Recycling Contracts
Manage a portfolio of Total Waste Management contracts, ensuring exceptional service delivery, high levels of client retention, and sustainable account growth.
Cover customers across the South East, Home Counties and London, with regular travel throughout the region.
Identify additional service opportunities within existing accounts and generate qualified leads for the New Business team.
Build strong, long-term relationships with customers, acting as their primary point of contact.

EXPERIENCE: Account Manager – Total Waste Management & Recycling Contracts
Previous experience in a commercial role within the waste management and recycling sector, with responsibility for account management, customer retention or contract management.
A proven ability to develop existing customer relationships and identify opportunities for growth.
Full UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
