We are hiring for a Temporary Accounts Assistant to join our busy transactional finance team for a period of 3 months. As our Accounts Assistant you will be responsible for ensuring that all more2life financial transactions within your remit are accounted for accurately and on a timely basis and to support key stakeholders as and when required.
Main duties and responsibilities;
To process system generated interface files
To monitor fund requests and reconcile facility balances
To post financial transactions into the accounting system in a timely and accurate manner into multiple companies
To produce broker commission payments and statements
To reconcile bank accounts and post transactions to the general ledger.
Key knowledge, skills and experience:
Experience of computerised accounting systems.
Experience of posting to multiple company Nominal, Sales and Purchase ledgers.
Experience of working with Microsoft Office packages.
Awareness of the importance of processing and posting data accurately.
