Pearson Whiffin Recruitment are proud to be recruiting on behalf of an established and successful business based in Sittingbourne, who are looking for a National Accounts Administrator to join their commercial team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised, proactive and detail-focused individual who enjoys working in a busy environment, supporting customers and managing a variety of tasks.
You'll be supporting the National Sales team across a portfolio of well-known customers, helping Account Managers with everything from sales administration and product launches through to customer orders, data management and meeting preparation.

The RoleWorking as part of a small and productive National Accounts team, you'll provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure customers receive an excellent level of service and the sales team has everything they need to deliver against targets.
Responsibilities will include:
- Supporting Account Managers with day-to-day sales administration
- Raising customer orders and maintaining accurate information on internal systems
- Setting up products for online customers
- Preparing for customer meetings and showrooms
- Attending meetings and taking follow-up notes
- Supporting new product development and launches through internal processes
- Managing new product selections and working to required launch deadlines
- Liaising with customers and internal departments to ensure information is communicated accurately
- Working alongside Supply Chain to manage product lifecycles, stock levels and lead times
- Maintaining accurate pricing, customer and product data
- Coordinating product samples through design checks, testing, photography and showroom stages
- Responding to ad hoc customer enquiries
- Supporting travel and meeting arrangements when required
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Confident using Excel
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines at the same time
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive and enthusiastic approach to work
- Confident dealing with customers and internal teams
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to use your own initiative
- Flexible and supportive team player
- Experience using Microsoft Navision would be advantageous
