Accounts Assistant

We are recruiting for an Accounts & Office Administrator to join a busy and supportive team on a temp-to-perm basis. This is an office based role based in Brentwood in a well established and friendly company.

Key Duties:
  • Processing purchase orders
  • Supporting purchase and sales ledgers
  • Assisting with credit control
  • Bank reconciliations and banking transactions
  • Reconciling company credit cards
  • Answering and directing calls
  • General administration, filing and data entry
  • Supporting the Finance Director with reporting and ad hoc tasks
About You:
  • AAT qualified or studying towards AAT or relevant experience
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Previous accounts experience
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Able to commute to Brentwood daily
