Our client is looking for a Business Support Administrator to join our dynamic team and play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly.
As a Business Support Administrator, you’ll be at the heart of the organisation, providing essential administrative and operational support across departments. From coordinating schedules to managing key documentation, you’ll ensure everything runs efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to the wider team
- Managing diaries, meetings and internal communications
- Preparing reports, documents and presentations
- Maintaining accurate records and databases
- Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting projects and improving administrative processes
Experience and Skills Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative or business support role
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- NVQ administrative and / or secretarial qualification
- Experience of working with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 Management Systems
- Experience in a professional services consultancy environment
- Knowledge of CMap software
- Confident communicator with a professional approach
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently
- A positive, can-do attitude and team-oriented mindset
