The role offers a varied workload, supporting day-to-day office operations, maintaining accurate records and providing general administrative support.



Key Duties

  • Carry out a variety of general office administration duties.
  • Use Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word on a daily basis.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing emails.
  • Update and maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Support the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks as required.


Requirements

  • Previous experience in an Administrator, Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant or similar office-based role.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Reliable with the ability to work independently and manage your workload.
  • Good communication skills and a professional approach.
