Typical Duties

• Answering incoming calls and responding to emails

• Greeting visitors and providing excellent customer service

• Managing diaries, appointments and meeting schedules

• Data entry and maintaining accurate records

• Filing, scanning and general document management

• Preparing reports, correspondence and other administrative documents

• Processing orders, invoices and purchase orders where required

• Updating internal databases and CRM systems

• Providing administrative support to managers and wider teams

• General office administration and ad hoc duties as required

What We're Looking For

• Previous administration or office experience is preferred

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)

• Ability to prioritise workload and work independently

• Professional and friendly approach

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
