Administrator – Full-Time – Permanent – £26k – Swinton

Our client is seeking a proactive and highly organised Administrator to support the successful delivery of residential property projects across the UK. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team where you'll play a key role in coordinating project activities, supporting survey teams, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently while providing an excellent experience for residents and clients. This is a varied and fast-paced role where no two days are the same. Working closely with project managers, surveyors, resident liaison teams and key stakeholders, you'll help keep projects on schedule, maintain accurate records, coordinate communications, and provide high-quality administrative support throughout each stage of the project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinating survey appointments and supporting the day-to-day delivery of projects.
  • Maintaining accurate project records, reports and documentation.
  • Communicating with residents, surveyors, clients and internal teams.
  • Supporting resident engagement through telephone, email and written communications.
  • Assisting with project mobilisation, logistics and scheduling.
  • Producing project reports and updating project management systems.
  • Monitoring project progress and helping resolve issues as they arise.
  • Ensuring documentation is completed accurately and in line with company procedures.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive approach with the ability to work independently after training.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel and Word.
  • The ability to build positive working relationships with colleagues, clients and residents.
  • Great attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate work.
