Our client, Ringway, a trusted provider of highways services to the public sector, is seeking an Administrator.
As an Administrator within the Highways team, you will support the smooth delivery of highway maintenance activities by keeping information accurate, organised and up to date. You will work closely with operational and management colleagues, helping ensure works are planned effectively, records are well maintained and stakeholders are supported throughout the process.
Key responsibilities
- Support the job building and works ordering process
- Prepare and maintain works packs and documentation
- Update systems with accurate job and works data
- Coordinate information between depot, teams and partners
- Assist with safety, quality and environmental records
- Produce basic reports and summaries as required
- Maintain organised digital and paper filing systems
- Support performance monitoring and data checks
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment
Essential skills and requirements
- Good administrative and organisational skills
- Confidence using Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to learn highways management systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Understanding of safety and compliance principles
