We are working with a successful and growing Insurance business in Redhill who are looking for a Commercial Administrator to join their friendly, supportive and close-knit team.

With full training provided and a clear development path, this role offers the opportunity to progress into an Account Handler position as your knowledge and confidence grows.

The Role

Working as part of the commercial team, you will play an important role supporting clients and ensuring their accounts are managed smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the administration of commercial insurance accounts
  • Processing documentation and maintaining accurate records
  • Managing emails, correspondence and customer queries
  • Liaising with clients, insurers and internal teams
  • Assisting with policy updates, amendments and general account administration
  • Providing excellent service and support throughout the customer journey

About you

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Organised with excellent attention to detail
  • A confident communicator who enjoys working with people
  • Proactive, positive and eager to learn
  • Experienced in administration, customer service or a similar office-based environment
  • Looking for a long-term opportunity where they can develop and progress
