Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:30 with a one-hour unpaid lunch
Working Pattern: Hybrid – minimum 3 days per week in the Milton Keynes office

We are currently recruiting for a Delegate Support Administrator to join a busy and established training and development environment based in Milton Keynes.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Administrator or Customer Service professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, providing high-quality support and managing a varied administrative workload.
The Role As a Delegate Support Administrator, you will provide administrative and customer support to learners and a wider retailer network, acting as a key point of contact for queries and ensuring an excellent level of service is maintained.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a high volume of inbound and outbound telephone calls and emails
- Responding to general enquiries and providing accurate information and support
- Providing Learner Management System (LMS) and general administrative support
- Supporting the administration of technical training levels
- Processing certificates and relevant certifications
- Maintaining accurate learner, training and administrative records
- Creating, following and maintaining internal processes
- Supporting learners throughout their training journey
- Working closely with the wider Delegate Support team
- Attending meetings as required
- Ensuring a professional and customer-focused service at all times
About You We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:
- Strong administration experience
- Previous customer service or customer-facing experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- The ability to manage multiple tasks within a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
- A proactive approach to planning and managing workload
- Confidence taking ownership and responsibility for tasks
- A professional, positive and proactive approach
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint
