Hyperscale Data Centre
London – approximately 20 minutes from the City

We are currently looking to appoint a Project Administrator to join the team on a major hyperscale data centre project in London, located approximately 20 minutes from the City.

The project is currently in preconstruction, running through to December 2026, before moving into full construction and delivery. With the overall project expected to continue for approximately three years, this is a long-term opportunity to join the project team from an early stage.

The Project Administrator will provide day-to-day administrative support to the wider project team, helping ensure documentation, meetings, records and general project information are organised and maintained effectively.

The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and reliable Administrator to join the team on a major, long-term construction project in London.

You will work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, Commercial teams and other members of the project team, providing general administrative support throughout the project.

Previous experience within construction, MEP or data centres would be beneficial but is not essential. The key requirements are strong organisation, communication and general administrative skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to the project team.
  • Manage and maintain project files, folders and documentation.
  • Assist with the preparation and formatting of reports, spreadsheets and project documents.
  • Arrange meetings and issue calendar invitations.
  • Take and distribute meeting minutes when required.
  • Maintain project trackers and update information as required.
  • Assist with document control and ensure records are accurately maintained.
  • Manage incoming emails, correspondence and general project enquiries.
  • Support the team with printing, scanning, filing and document preparation.
  • Assist with onboarding paperwork and maintaining project personnel records.
  • Coordinate information between members of the project team and wider business.
  • Support the preparation of presentations, meeting packs and other project information.
  • Carry out general administrative duties as required by the project team.

About You

We are looking for someone who is organised, reliable and comfortable working within a busy project environment.
Ideally, you will have:
  • Previous experience in an Administrator, Project Administrator, Site Administrator or similar role.
  • Good organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Confident IT skills, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • A professional and proactive approach.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a wider project team.
Previous experience within construction, engineering or MEP would be advantageous but is not essential, and candidates from other administrative backgrounds will also be considered.
