Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday (8:00am to 4:00pm or 9:00am to 5:00pm)

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our clients Remote ECG Services team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a specialist healthcare environment, providing essential administrative support to ensure the efficient delivery of services and the highest standards of patient care.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of administrative duties, data management and client liaison activities, working within strict quality procedures and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Remote ECG Services Department.
  • Accurately enter and maintain ECG and Holter monitoring data.
  • Carry out quality control checks and ensure data accuracy.
  • Maintain filing systems and departmental records.
  • Handle incoming telephone calls and make outbound calls as required.
  • Produce and maintain spreadsheets, databases and other documentation.
  • Complete daily and weekly departmental checklists.
  • Liaise professionally with clients, healthcare organisations and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards.
  • Safeguard confidential and sensitive patient information at all times.
  • Undertake any other duties appropriate to the role.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous administrative experience.
  • Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Good literacy and numeracy skills.
  • A professional, conscientious and proactive approach to work.
  • Experience within a healthcare or clinical environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
