The Role
We are looking for a Team Administrator to provide central support to our property management team, keeping a busy commercial and residential portfolio running smoothly day to day.
The role covers everything from tenant queries and supplier sourcing to credit control and general office administration, working across the whole team.
Key Responsibilities
- Correspondence: Drafting and issuing routine communications on the team's behalf, and processing and triaging incoming correspondence across shared inboxes and post.
- Supplier sourcing: Obtaining and comparing quotes from contractors and suppliers.
- Credit control: Chasing rent and service charge arrears on the portfolio, liaising with tenants and finance.
- Utilities, rates and council tax: Setting up, transferring and resolving queries on these accounts across the portfolio.
- Invoices and purchase orders: Processing supplier invoices, raising POs and matching spend to quotes.
- Diary and meeting coordination: Organising diaries and meetings across the team, including with tenants and contractors.
- Task and project tracking: Monitoring progress on tasks and repair works, and flagging anything at risk of slipping.
- Document and record management: Keeping tenancy files, leases and correspondence organised and up to date.
- Office administration: Managing office supplies, equipment and day-to-day admin needs.
- General team support: Flexible admin support across the team.
Essential Experience
- Property or real estate experience.
- Credit control experience.
