We're recruiting 5 Customer Service & Administration Clerks to join a leading international retail logistics company based in Rugby.

No previous logistics experience is required. Full training will be provided, making these roles ideal for candidates looking to get their foot in the door with a large international company.
These are initially agency roles with the potential to become permanent

Available Opportunities
We are recruiting for a number of Customer Service and Administration positions across different departments, including:
  • Planning Administration
  • Customs Administration
  • Account Support Administration
Pay Rates
  • £12.83 per hour x 37.5hrs per week
Shift Patterns
  • 07:00-15:00 / 10:00-18:00 / 13:00-21:00 (rotating)
  • 09:00-17:00 / 12:00-20:00 (rotating)
  • 07:00-15:00 / 09:00-17:00 / 11:00-19:00 (rotating)
Working Hours
  • 37.5 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday
  • Full training provided
  • Ongoing agency role with potential to become permanent
The Role:
As part of the administration team, you'll play an important role in supporting the day-to-day operation of a busy international logistics business.
Typical duties will include:
  • Data entry and updating internal systems
  • Answering telephone calls and responding to emails
  • Liaising with warehouse and transport departments
  • Providing updates between departments and customers
  • Using Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Supporting planning and operational activities
  • General office administration tasks
What We're Looking For
You don't need previous office or logistics experience to succeed in these roles. We're looking for candidates who are:
  • Computer literate and comfortable using Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Confident speaking with customers and colleagues and possess a professional telephone manner
  • Organised, reliable and have good attention to detail
  • Able to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Friendly, professional and able to build positive working relationships
  • Effective problem solvers with a positive attitude
  • Looking for a long-term opportunity with career prospects
  • Keen to learn new skills and gain valuable office-based experience
