We’re looking for a detail-driven Finance Administrator to support payroll preparation, data management, and invoicing processes.
This is an excellent opportunity for a strong administrator looking to transition into a more finance-focused role, with the chance to develop hands-on experience across payroll and accounts within a growing business.
The Role
- Managing and validating data in Excel
- Supporting monthly payroll processes, including timesheets and expenses
- Using Xero to generate client invoices
- Preparing BACS payments and maintaining accurate banking records
- Reviewing rates withing Contractor and Client Contracts to ensure accurate billing and payroll
Skills & Experience
- Strong Excel skills, with confidence working with data and formulas
- Previous experience in administration (payroll or invoicing experience is advantageous)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when working with data
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
