The role
You will work out in the community with adults accessing care and support services. Responsibilities will include completing Care Act and Mental Capacity Assessments, with experience of Best Interest decisions and leading Safeguarding Enquiries highly desirable.
What you’ll need
- A recognised Social Work qualification
- Current Social Work England registration
- Essential experience within Adult Social Care
- Experience completing Care Act and Mental Capacity Assessments
- Safeguarding and Best Interest experience would be a strong advantage
- Confidence working independently in a community-based setting
