Senior Aesthetic Practitioner

Location: Knightsbridge
Salary: From £35,000pa + Commission + Monthly Bonus
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (4 or 5 days)

The Opportunity

We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Aesthetic Practitioner to join a prestigious, high-end aesthetics clinic in Central London.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced practitioner with a strong background in advanced skin and device-led treatments, excellent knowledge of skin anatomy and a proven ability to deliver both exceptional client outcomes and a highly personalised service.

The successful candidate will manage the full client journey, from detailed consultation and skin assessment through to personalised treatment planning, treatment delivery and aftercare.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed consultations and advanced skin assessments
• Develop personalised treatment plans based on individual client needs and goals
• Deliver a range of advanced aesthetic and skin treatments safely and confidently
• Provide comprehensive treatment aftercare and ongoing client support
• Build strong, long-term client relationships and encourage repeat business
• Recommend appropriate treatment programmes and professional skincare products
• Maintain accurate clinical records and the highest standards of patient confidentiality
• Ensure treatment rooms and equipment meet excellent hygiene and presentation standards
• Maintain strong knowledge of new treatments, technologies and products
• Deliver an exceptional client experience from initial consultation through to follow-up

Experience & Qualifications

The successful candidate will ideally have:

• Level 4 qualification as a minimum, or Level 3 with relevant laser training/Core of Knowledge (COK)
• Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, skin health and treatment planning
• A strong sales and commercial background, with confidence recommending treatments and retail skincare
• Previous experience within a premium aesthetics, skin or private clinic environment
• Excellent consultation, communication and interpersonal skills
• A professional, polished and client-focused approach
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

Treatment Experience

Training and/or hands-on experience in several of the following is highly desirable:

HydraFacial | Emsculpt | Laser | Radiofrequency (RF) | Microneedling | Exilis | ZO Skin Health / Obagi

Hours & Package

This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position that can be worked across 4 or 5 days.

The rota includes two Saturdays per month.

The package includes a starting salary of £35,000, plus 5% commission on retail and services, as well as a £250 monthly bonus for achieving target.
