We are currently seeking a dedicated Aftersales Administrator to join our client's reputable franchise-approved commercial vehicle dealership in Swindon. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual to contribute to a family-run business renowned for its stability and growth over the past 33 years.

Duties of an Aftersales Administrator:
  • Meet and greet customers both in person and over the phone, delivering high levels of customer service
  • Raise T-cards for all bookings and create jobs, ensuring accurate recording
  • Obtain order numbers, authorise work, and provide regular progress updates
  • Process and check retail invoice costing, including text updates for jobs and ensuring parts are loaded correctly
  • Receive, validate, and allocate parts and consumables from suppliers
  • Handle customer queries efficiently via email and other communication channels
  • Perform general administrative tasks to support the service and parts department
  • Liaise with manufacturers to authorise warranty repairs, understanding warranty procedures (desirable but not essential)
Requirements of the Aftersales Administrator:
  • Previous experience working in a customer service role within the automotive industry
  • Experience working in a dealership or garage environment, ideally with commercial vehicles (not essential but highly beneficial)
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail as the Aftersales Administrator 
  • IT proficiency; experience with Kerridge/Keyloop DMS system would be advantageous
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when required
  • Knowledge of automotive warranty procedures (desirable but not essential)
